1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kenya Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

The eTA system is provided by the Directorate of Immigration Services, Kenya, for the purpose of processing electronic travel authorizations for visitors to Kenya.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Application Process

All applications are subject to verification and approval by the Government of Kenya. The submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Processing times may vary. Standard processing typically takes up to 72 hours, while expedited processing is available for an additional fee.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is approved or denied. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Directorate of Immigration Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
